At Irish Gift Dreams, we want you to be well satisfied with us, your purchases, and our services. To ensure that everything stays great, we encourage you to review our policies from time to time, especially before placing your first order with us. Prices

PRICES: Our Prices are subject to change without notice. We are NOT responsible for typographical errors or omissions. All prices are listed in United States Currency.

Orders

• Minimum Order: All orders placed must be at least $10.00 before shipping and taxes for us to process the order.
• Payment Methods: We use PayPal as our online Payment Processor. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Bank Accounts. Click on the PayPal link to establish a New PayPal account if necessary.
• Shipping: Shipping is estimated at the time of the order. Most orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 days after your payment has cleared.
• Taxes: Taxes are valid for orders sold to or delivered to locations in North Carolina. The current NC tax rate is 7%. If you live in Mecklenburg County, the tax rate is 7.5%

Warranty

WARRANTY: IrishGiftDreams.com warrants our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 15 days from the date of purchase. In the event of such a defect, the product will be replaced or repaired at our option. This warranty only applies to products used for their original intent. This warranty does not cover and is void on any product that in our opinion has been improperly used, abused, or altered in any manner. We assume no liability with respect to use of listed products. This warranty does not cover consequential damages, incidental damages or expenses, or injury to person's and/or properties.

Returns

RETURNS: All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in re-sellable condition and is subject to a 15% restocking fee (except for in-warranty defective materials and product shipped in error at the origination). Merchandise must have a return authorization. An authorization may be obtained by E-mailing info@irishgiftdreams.com. Please provide sales order number from the packing list along with the quantities and part numbers of any materials to be returned. We will reply with a return authorization number and instructions. Merchandise must be sent back freight prepaid. There are no returns on parishable food items.
